In our recent webinar, we presented Align to Vision, which is the first part of our Strategy Execution methodology. Here we use the OKR model enhanced by AI to quickly tie together target control at the strategic, tactical and operational levels. The result is a clear and focused Roadmap towards the Vision and activities that are committed and organized to execute the strategy effectively.
On the road to the Vision, of course, both the Goal and the Roadmap will need to be continuously adapted to new conditions, manage risks and capture unprecedented opportunities. The ability to do it quickly and correctly is called Strategy Execution Agility and is key to gaining competitive advantage and thriving in today's uncertain world.
In a comprehensive and worldwide study, it was found that the 20% of participants with the highest ability were 3x as likely to exceed their financial and strategic goals within a 12-month period. In addition, a high level of ability leads to increased innovation power and more satisfied customers and employees.
In a series of workshops, we will discuss challenges and practical solutions for those who have the ambition to accelerate the journey towards the vision. The workshops will be held in small groups with a maximum of 8 participants to enable a good dialogue.
The first workshop will have a more general focus on Agile Strategy Execution, will be free and will be held in mid-March (see registration for details). In the future, we will follow up with in-depth discussions on key competencies such as Enterprise Change Management, Digitalization (not least the use of AI), etc.
